(24.AUG.2012) B2N – Publish latency results for live implementation fully based on NanoFibre API

London, UK and Cambridge, MA, Aug, 24, 2012 - B2N today announced the final latency results in the real world implantation of NanoFibre API solution.

"The biggest challenge that we faced in this implementation was the complexity of the multi-vendor and direct feed’s blending and the need to have every single module revamped to employ the NanoFibre APIprincipals.” - commented Vasko Tomanov

The best latency result using classical market data API (MD2) that B2N have been able to achieve before NanoFibre era were in the range of 5-10 microsecond with total processing time around 11 microseconds. Comparing to this the NanoFibre principles have managed to boost the latency results almost ten times with final numbers 400-500 nanoseconds with total processing time 1000-1300 nanoseconds (1-1.3 microseconds).
